I’ve been helped by Shane on multiple occasions in this store. I have found him to be one of the MOST helpful staff members I have come across. He always gets things done quickly, politely and correctly. From getting things done efficiently for my Dad - to entertaining my 2 year old long enough for me to upgrade my phone plan. Always a pleasant experience with Shane and this store. Could not fault.

I phoned the store and spoke to Sebastian about an issue with a screen protector that I had purchased a few months ago at the store. I’d purchased it while on holidays from Brisbane so it was not as straight forward as just returning to the store. He was courteous from the start and advised he would have to look into the situation and call me back. He called back within half an hour and was able to to find a solution for me. Thank you for your great customer service, Sebastian.

Rude, dismissive and unhelpful staff. Trainee had a tone on him from the get go and openly admitted they're not there to help customers, only sell phones. I understand it's hard to find employees these days but surely leaving a trainee by himself while the manager goes on break, can't be safe for a telecommunications business. When my father said that was odd he patronizingly responded with Have you even ever run a business?"At least they lost us as customers quickly

It is unfortunate but will have to go to another Optus outlet. Limited knowledge at this store or they just didn't want to help. Optus you really need to lift your game considering the security situation you have found yourself in. Guess your going to lose many customers before we get to the end of this fiasco.

Had great experience here with Scott, was switching from Telstra to Optus and was stunned at the deal I got, unlimited sms, unlimited calls and 30G of data for get this, $29 for first twelve months then $49 after that time, same deal at Telstra was costing me $58 and a further $6 increase on top of that in July FOR THE SAME DEAL, the team were great and patient with this doddering old girl and I sincerely thank them for their kindness and patience, walked straight in and was served immediately love this place and I highly recommend you check out their deals they leave Telstra for dead with their deals and their service

Didn't get the exact outcome we were looking for but Elijah was very helpful and did everything he could to meet our needs as did Abbey who we spoke to over the phone. Got our issue sorted out and happy with the service provided by the staff.

Called because the phone I was sent by optus doesn't have NFC so can't use afterpay in store. Said a $350 phone isn't top of the line an isn't expected to have a nfc chip and was hung up on when I started yelling at Her after what she said. I can't believe how scummy the people are at this store. Absolutely disgusted full of passive aggressive horrible people.

This is my 3rd attempt to come to this store and doors are closed! Opening times are wrong on your website. Sort them out otherwise you will loose business!! So disappointing as I was looking to upgrade. Last couple times wasn't even 5 and got refused as they were closing! Will never come to this branch ever again!
