Tuggerah Lakes Private Hospital

Recently had surgery, staff wonderful but food disgusting. Poached eggs like rubber balls cooked in microwave and served in the bowl they were cooked in. Baked beans in a seperate bowl. Sandwiches for lunch ( I don't eat bread) salad and quiche with no thought of presentation. Tea cold, not served in thermal mugs. Very disappointing.

I had a procedure done today and this by far the best hospital I have been in.From my pre admission to post op care, everything was perfect.The staff are absolutely brilliant. Caring, kind, funny and made me feel at ease.I have issues with my veins collapsing and Emily was the bomb. Found a vein, no pain.Everyone made my short stay comfortable.Can’t rate the hospital and staff enough.

I had a day surgery done there today and couldn't fault anything. Dr Parkin and the staff were all wonderfully friendly, from admission to discharge, and made the whole experience stress free. Thanks to you all. I can highly recommend this hospital.

I recently underwent wrist surgery at the hospital and was very impressed with the staff and the infrastructure. Very clean facilities , everyone was super nice and helpful. All the nurses were amazing but a shout out to both Paula's and Nurse Selim! Five star treatment!

Thank you to all at Tuggerah Lakes Private Hospital. I had a knee replacement on 19th July and I couldn’t have asked for better care. The hospital itself was so lovely and clean. I had a private room and my own bathroom which really helped with my recovery.OMG, I think all the nursing staff have been ‘hand picked’! They were absolutely amazing. Caring, thoughtful, friendly and nothing was an effort when help was needed. Thank you to the catering as well. My appetite wasn’t the best but the food was great.Thank you again guys, keep up the good work, you should all be so proud of yourselves.Sharon FitzGerald xx

Had a procedure done at this hospital today and I will admit I was incredibly nervous ,but all the staff and Drs were very kind and supportive they explained everything that was being done to me and calmed me down ,the hospital is very nice and feels very safe .thankyou to all that helped me today.

The staff were so compassionate and attentive with my 3 year old. Dr Indu is incredible. It is a lovely hospital with great facilities. Couldn't have asked for a better place for his operation.

Thank you to all the staff that made my day stress free. From check in to check out all the admin staff, nurses & the doctor were all super friendly and attentive which made me feel safe and in good hands.

Medical staff were amazing lovely hospital great staff and coffee shop, but my husband was disappointed with Alexandria at front desk, she was quite rude and does not seem to know her job . I was about to he discharged upstairs but my husband was told by her I would be 4-6 hrs. Living 1 hr away this could have turned out quite inconvenient. I think she may need to be reviewed for her people skills especially being the 1st face you meet at the hospital.Other than this its a beautiful hospital.
