Appalling service. Staff member told off and embarrassed my child in the store in which she asked him to stay outside. He is autistic.Waited for about 10 minutes after the incident to fill a script because nobody would serve us. Had to complain to get served.Will not be back!Discount Chemist with Discounted Service.

I was refused asthma medication over the counter , duty pharmacist refused to provide me with ABN of this business to make a formal Complaint..to the Victoria Health Commissioner … pharmacy works under its own procedures contrary to Victorian Laws formal complaint will be made as anyone who is put at risk of any health issues should make as their right.

Friendly polite prompt service 7 days a week. All the staff are lovely and provide a high degree of service. Those providing medication will answer all questions and assist in identifying solutions to many problems. Karen helped source epi pens with an extended date. At over $100 a pop, this is important to my wallet. I really like the ability to file a script for a future date. The store has a good range of products and services that have covered all my needs. Pricing has always been reasonable. With store points, the staff will let you know when you have sufficient to spend so you personally do not need to keep track. I'm a happy customer.
