BoConcept Crows Nest

I recently bought a range of furniture from Bo Concept in Sydney utilising their very comprehensive website together with the assistance of a fantastic Sales Agent, Jack Peacock. As I am located in Perth I was not able to view the furniture in person but I found the photos on the website very useful and true to the actual size and quality of all the products I bought.Jack was very helpful in ensuring that I was certain of the colour and texture of the product by sending samples of the fabric by mail. This ensured I made the right choice and that I was confident in my order.The order was delivered on time and the delivery guys also went over and above the call of duty. As one of the pieces did not fit in the lift, they carried it up to the second story via the emergency stairs. It was a fantastic effort. The goods were really well packed and there was no damage or sign of wear on any of the items I bought.I would highly recommend Bo Concept and I continue to be impressed with the quality and style of their products that I am very proud to own.L. Bought our coffee table from here after searching one for months, Corey really helped us and wasn't pushy at all giving us a colour sample to take home while we decide it was the right one.We decided buying it and in came in a few weeks earlier than the quoted 12 week timeframe which we were really happy about (other furniture we bought elsewhere had 6month+ delays).Coffee table is well made and really love it and would buy from here again.

The staff are fantastic in particular Jack Peacock. Jack has helped up with colours, textures and what works together - and we never felt rushed or pressured. Excellent overall experience.

After shopping around for ages for the ‘perfect’ coffee table we are extremely satisfied with our Madrid coffee table from BoConcept at Crows Nest. The purchase experience was first class, we were well looked after by Bianca and the service was attentive without being overbearing. She talked us through the ordering process and the (longish) wait as it was going to be custom manufactured. When it finally arrived, we couldn’t be happier. We chose the matte white concrete base with glass top option, such a stylish European design with premium grade craftsmanship. Definitely will be our 1st port of call for future furniture purchases.

Beautiful furniture. Helpful staff, very easy to order and collect. We purchased the Bordeaux console which was ready assembled and collected from the store - parked right outside the back door so straight into the car.

The layout of our new place is tricky so we contacted BoConcept Crows Nest and booked an interior design assessment, Jackie came over took in account all our needs and requirements and prepared a few options. She dedicated hours to help us take the final decisions and to adjust the order to meet with our budget. We are super happy with the result and the service we received.

Showroom Experience: 5/5. We loved dealing with the people in the showroom, and one salesperson in particular was patient, friendly and very personable. For this reason alone, I would shop at BoConcept again.Delivery Experience: 5/5. Our items were delivered, assembled and left in perfect condition.After-Sale Customer Service Experience: 5/5. I would give a higher rating if I could. After moving house, the screws went missing from our dining table. They were replaced quickly and efficiently by BoConcept, no questions asked. This is ridiculously amazing service. Coming up to Christmas time, it was a bit stressful not being able to put our table back together. But within a week of enquiring, we have our table back! I can't thank BoConcept enough for this kindness. It far surpasses any other customer service experience I've had. I will certainly be back for more furniture in the future.After-Sale Product Experience: 4/5. As beautiful as our furniture looks, I'm docking one star due to the way it wears. We take great care with all our furniture and live in a child-free home. However, a piece of our dining table snapped off very easily when we were putting it back together (the part that holds the extension panel), and the MDF/Chipboard is visible through a few of the scratches. Not what I was expecting after paying thousands of dollars for a dining table.But in saying this, I still definitely recommend this company. The products look amazing and are so functional. It will last much longer however, and stay beautiful if you don't plan on moving house. If you do move house, make sure you use a premium white glove service!

I bought a lounge, coffee table and computer chair from BoConcept about 6 x months ago. The whole process from start to finish was fairly painless and went very smoothly. The shop staff were friendly and helpful and the designer that came out to the house (Aggie) was wonderful. We are very happy with our purchases and hope that they will wear well.
