What sort of a security company is uncontactable during weekends and after hours so customers can access emergency assistance with their alarm system that is malfunctioning and going into alarm mode constantly just a day after being serviced? The neighbours are very pleased I'm sure.Good news from a bad weekend, first thing Monday, one of the management team came to my home personally and was very apologetic, listened to my views and promised the company will seriously look at what shortcomings there are and what happened and what might be done to ensure it won't happen again.He also pointed out that Bull Ant Security don't actually have an after hours call out which would have ensured my experience over the weekend wouldn't have been as bad as it was although I do now understand their position but I still think some way needs to be found that customers who have trouble out of hours don't need to wait till the next business day to get assistance, possibly even a number to speak to a tech who can verbally walk customers through the routine to possibly find and solve the problem via a phone call and hopefully something can be done about that.The man who came to my premises was very professional, obviously knows his business, found the problem and had it solved very rapidly and did a thorough check of the system to ensure its working as it should.Even though the weekend was long and not enjoyable, once things had been explained and an undertaking given that the senior management will be looking very seriously at how things can be improved, I'm happy to leave it at that and rather than delete my review, I thought it best to leave it but add the outcome so readers can see that BullAnt Security do actually care and are prepared to listen and make improvements where they are needed.

The best experience every! My daughter locked herself out of her unit and we called BullAnt Security to help. Alex attended to our call out, he was there in half an hour and in the dark and cold night he managed to open the door without damaging it.
