I rang Brendan at midday reporting that our gas hot water system was not heating. The weather in Toowoomba was shocking and cold showers were not an option. He rearranged his very busy schedule and had hot water again by 4 o’clock. Brendan was responsive to our request and I highly recommend him.

I phoned Brendan about 6:30 in the morning and was put off by his voicemail picking up as I really wanted to speak to someone rather than leave a message. He saw a missed call from my number and called me back shortly afterwards. I told him that I had a leak and needed a plumber urgently and he said someone would be round at my place within a couple of hours. Someone actualy turned up within an hour and had it fixed within two. Great service. I'd use him again and recommend him.

After many phone calls for a plumber with no reply .Brendan rang me promptly and delivered a service the next day on time. The plumber was polite,friendly, professional and very respectful. After dealing with this company I will never use anyone else .I would highly recommend Brendan Connan plumbing to anyone. Thank you so much Brendan for such a outstanding service.
