A big thank you to Thai, who did a great job in assisting us with a warranty issue with TCL. Thai deep dived into the issues and showed customer obsession .This in result, benefited us , I would highly recommend Perth Digital and TCL. TCL also went above and beyond to help us out!If there was an option to give more stars, I would have definitely given it to Perth Digital. It is definitely a 5/5 and 100/100, great service! We are grateful to Perth Digital and TCL both!

I contacted Perth Digital on the recommendation of the Epson Help desk. My printer was repaired in 3 working days for just the up front assessment fee.I was kept fully informed by email and was given contact details if I needed an update on progress. I have no hesitation on recommending them for their efficiency and pricing.

Amazing audio professional. Tried another service person agent first who was unprofessional and incompetent and couldn't fix the issue and cost me time and money. These guys however diagnosed within 2min and fixed within 3 weeks even with having to order parts. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Couldn't have been quicker, friendlier and funnier! Convinced me (using humour) to fix the resolution issues of my TV by doing the same thing another repairer had done without success. The repair man who attended couldn't have left me feeling more upbeat... and that was before finding out the repair had worked! Never been left happier with a warranty repair.

I can see why most users give Ty a high rating. I had problems with a TV set top box. Ty came after closing hours and fixed the problem. He was delightful and pricing was reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly especially if you live in Subiaco!

So when my TV died, I called TCL support and since it was under warranty, they referred me to Perth Digital. The first time I called Perth Digital, I spoke to a lady called Lyn, she was amazing and very personable. She asked me a couple of questions about what the issue was with the TV to which I responded. She did tell me that they were waiting for the spare part and once in, they would let me know. When the spare part arrived, Thai sent me an email letting me know that he was coming to my house the next. When he came home, he was amazing too. I highly recommend Perth Digital.

If you have anything from TVs, remotes anything electrical! these guys are seriously the GURUS with fixing anything that is electronic and broken and it need to be fixed promptly and cost effectively! - I had a broken large Score Board and Remote control purchased from China and these guys were able to fix it for $100 when the Chinese supplier said I need to buy a new one! which would have costed me another $10,000 dollars.... speak to Thai! he is your man!
