I trust Ross and the team and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. On the first service my car had with them they fixed an old problem my previous mechanic wouldn't or couldn't deal with (without me even drawing their attention to it or asking for the issue to be fixed specifically). They always provide honest advice that is based on what your car needs and not based on what will give them the biggest profit. They communicate well and explain everything in detail.

Ross MacDonald is a great and honest local mechanic who I've had the pleasure of dealing with on several occasions. It has always been a good experience, exceptionally well priced, very fair roadworthy certificates neither best described as by the book (how it should be) and excellent customer service.I'm glad to know I can rely on these guys.

I recently had my car serviced at Ross Macdonald Motors and all I can say is WOW!After looking at the Google reviews a couple of weeks ago I decided to try RMM out (I have only recently moved to Geelong and was previously having my car serviced in Northcote), and from the first phone call I made to book the service I knew I was making a great choice - phone manner was warm, upbeat & professional.I let the team know that on top of the general car service I also had a pretty big clunking sound happening in the front passenger tire to check out (which had been 'fixed' once before from my old mechanic), and they said they were happy to take a look at it.When I came to pick up the car in the afternoon, I was expecting them to tell me what my last mechanic had told me (that they would need to order a replacement part that would cost approx $1500 - $2000)...But to my surprise, I was informed that the problem was a relatively minor fix that they were able to address on the spot.Not only is the clunk no longer an issue and the car now running like a dream, but it was fixed at a tiny fraction of the cost I was initially quoted.Can not recommend highly enough :)Far and away the most decent and trustworthy mechanic I have dealt with to date!

Hmmmm no one answers there phones seems like they to busy to obtain my business!!! Obviously don’t know how to run a business!!!! I’ll be going elsewhere
