Your Musculoskeletal Specialist, Paula Nutting

I jokingly asked Paula for a new body and a few days later I did feel like a new woman! I had been putting up with a sore hip for a long time and after two treatments it felt like I was floating (there was so much movement) - even my digestion felt better. More importantly to me at the time was that she also fixed my displaced rib and I was able to breathe without pain.My family and friends have been treated by Paula for various problems for many years and she has never failed us.

I have been one of Paula's clients, and one of her students then worked with her over the past 15 years. Paula is a passionate therapist and teacher. One of those rare soles who is not scared to share her knowledge. In her clinic she is caring and results driven in both her practice and her teaching.

3 months ago I tore my ACL and meniscus playing netball. I had knee reconstruction surgery and I have seen a physio weekly since the injury. 5 weeks ago I decided to see Paula as i was so uncomfortable all over my body from overcompensating in other others. I was in so much pain all of the time. Paula taught me about chapman's reflexes- areas I can rub that allow the muscles in my legs to release immediately so that I can walk more freely. She also gave me exercises to do to help strengthen the weakened muscles in my quads and hamstrings. My physio was shocked at the improvement in muscle strength and bend in my knee after just 3 sessions with Paula. I can not recommend her highly enough! She is amazing!

I attended a 2 day face to face Chapmans Reflex course late 2018. I found Paula engaging and very knowledgeable. We had good time to practice the techniques. Paula was happy to answer any questions we had. I have used many of the techniques used, and they work. Sometimes to the astonishment of my clients. I highly recommend these courses.

I completed the Chapman’s reflexes 2 day course in Melbourne and found it to be so good. Interactive, fun, and skills that I could apply in the clinic straight away. Paula is a great teacher and mentor and is always there after the course to help you through if needed and also giving out your name to clients who live near you to get treated.Amazing course and I would highly recommend everyone to do it and see how the slightest thing in your treatment can make such an amazing difference
