As a new business I was apprehensive about engaging collection services but like many small businesses I fell short on what clout I could reasonably represent and so the bad debtor did not take my demands seriously. The staff at Pro-Collect were great and gave me confidence in the process and successfully recovered 100% of the bad debt with 4-5 weeks. I have never done a business review before. Neither had I had need of a collection agency before. Pro Collect really helped me in a situation where I had someone who owed me money refusing to pay it back. Pro Collect took on my case, handled tracking down the ex 'friend', engaged the court to get the ruling in my favour, and carried out their service of recovering my money by maintaining their contact with the debtor and ensuring the ruling was fulfilled. The fee they charged me was entirely worth it to get back what I thought I had no chance of getting without their service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very poor service. As the first time we required debt collecting services we expected better. Communication was poor at best. After months of continually asking what was happening they tell us the business we were chasing has just been placed into administration so they've closed the file from our end. Pity they didn't do more in the 8 months we employed their services prior to administration taking effect. We would have had more success doing this ourselves. Save yourself the heartache & avoid dealing with this company.
