4 Seasons Nails

so over priced for what i got and didn’t even end up getting exactly what i wanted because the girl couldn’t do it. we specifically told them we had to be done quick as we had somewhere to be, they told us it’s ok and we’ll be done in 40 min. it did not in fact take 40 min but an hour and a half. even after multiple times of saying we need to be gone please hurry up they kept saying they’ll only be 5 min longer. this wasn’t true. the girl doing my nails didn’t know anything about design and had to restart so many times on me. my nails just look ugly all together hate them so much but at the end just had to get out of there as i was late for work. and when i kept telling the lady i wanted my french line higher and not as thick she was judging me on my decision and didn’t even do it. not coming back. there are multiple bumps because of the acrylic and the shaping is uneven and crooked too.

Got my nails done here the first time and I’m impressed. The customer service was great. They were friendly, kind and patient. They were gentle with my nails and did a beautiful almond shape. The final results was perfect, not too long or too thick. I ended up getting lots of compliments on my nails afterwards.

I don’t understand what is so bad about taking responsibility about what they have done wrong, when there is clear evidence about their poor service.Did shellac and the lady tried explaining “the nail polish was finishing”, “she has acrylic before this that” if you know something is going to turn out horrible why do it in the first place and return your costumers unhappy complaining!!Also they continue to talk in their own language where you get extremely uncomfortable and confused about if they are talking about you or what is happening.

Very unprofessional.They constantly keep talking to each other in their own language and the lady who assisted me she literally cut my cuticle so deep that my finger started bleeding. After all of this when I asked why there are so many gaps they are like it’s not good to touch the nail colour to the nails.Seriously?! I am never coming back for this!

my partner used to get her nails done from here.. very greedy staff they always cheat customers. don’t give receipts and charge cash. if you dont aak the price they always overcharge. not really only that.. the nails are so thick that they crack in a week.

Went in for a fresh set. They have put the acrylic in very thick. Didn't do the right shape I asked for. Different lengths of my nails due to not cutting properly. Made fun of me and can't paint them properly. When I mentioned how thin the nail polished wasShe was very frustrated with me. Was told it was going to be 60 and then charged 75, outrageous!

Ive been coming to this salon for years and it pains me to make this review, but I need to as I’m feeling disappointed. I’ve recently got a pedicure done and the lady asked if I wanted shorter toenails. I said yes, she then partially clipped it and filed it and I requested 5 times that she cut it shorter and she cut the littlest bit off and wandered off and did someone else’s nails. Another lady came over and saw that they were still too long and cut them properly so thank you to her. How hard is it to cut long toenails?

First time getting my nails done here.During the service I kept having to tell them like that the length was uneven and one was a lot more rounded. They don’t drill around the cuticles when it’s done. It just looks like a real amateur job. A couple have small dents in them and some you can see where the top coat is coming away.The day after I got them done one nail chipped and I had to go get it fixed and today (5 days after getting them done) another has now chipped, the top half gone just from opening my frank green.This cost me $100 and I am so disappointed. They were nice but I won’t be going back here again
