They made an appointment to inspect an apartment. Required us to book a time. I happily accommodated. They turned up 20 mins early, walked through the apartment with his shoes on.. I asked him to remove his shoes and he did. Then went to the bathroom to take a photo. Left the 2 lights and vent on. Then told him the other bathroom had the same issue. He went in there, turned on both lights and vent. Then went to the front door, took his shoes and left.Left all the 4 lights on and the 2 vents and no thank you.Your company can't be requesting times and then showing up early and then being completely disrespectful to someone's home.It turns out many people in the building who had appointments had the same rude experience.
