I recently used Less Mess Maddie for the first time, and I am delighted with the level of service I received.Maddie attended the initial booking to introduce herself and team Eden and Imogen. Maddie's team of cleaners were prompt, efficient, and thorough. They were able to get our home looking spotless in no time, and I was amazed at how much they could accomplish in a relatively short amount of time.The team was professional and friendly, making the experience all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend Maddie and her team to anyone needing a thorough and reliable cleaning. Maddie and her team are always professional. They listen to what I need focused on and respond quickly. I get reminders and if I am not available when they leave I get a personalized note and/or a text message if I need to be aware of something. They are friendly and personable, and if I am working from home they just work around us allowing us to continue our work day. Highly recommend them.

Maddie and the girls are fantastic. They are all very professional and efficient at the same time as being very friendly and down to earth. I'm extremely fussy with my cleaners and I can not fault them. I would not hesitate to recommend Maddie and her team to anyone. I only wish I had found Maddie sooner.

Keeley and Chelsea do an amazing job of keeping my home clean. The clean is thorough and not rushed, as well as the admin services keeping my fortnightly cleans on track with invoicing, appointment reminders etc. I look forward every fortnight walking into a pristine home.
