Only reason there is 2 stars is because Dr Tine is absolutely amazing. Other than that this is a horrible practice! Receptionists especially Leanne, are rude, aggressive, completely unhelpful and can't even stick to the prices on their own website. Booked an appointment for a script refill and got told it was a telehealth appt but wouldn't give me a time that the Dr would call. Really unhappy with how I am constantly treated by the receptionists at this practice.

I've been seeing Dr Nouman now for probably over ten years and found him to be an outstanding doctor who genuinely cares. He really has become someone I respect and his medical knowledge and diagnosis have always been spot on. I have referred many friends to him.

Beautiful, clean surgery. Dr Tine is a very caring doctor. He has been our families doctor for 11 years and has always been so wonderful! We are so lucky to have such a great doctor.

Dr. Nouman is amazing with the kids. Even if the appointment is for me they all want to be there to see him. He treats everyone with amazing respect and care. May take a little while to get an appointment sometimes, but always worth the wait. Highly highly recommend coming and giving them a try.

I cant thank this clinic enough, particularly Dr Numan who has been my treating doctor for many years and has been absolutely amazing. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, understanding Dr who cant do enough for you. Sadly due to this practice changing from Bulk Billing to Private I can no longer afford to go here (am on a Disability Pension). So thank you and good bye!

Love the medical care I have received for many years at this centre! Doctors are very approachable and provide person centred quality care. Recommend booking online as reception phones can be quite busy. Car park at rear.

Very helpful when my daughter was unwell and we weren't current patients. Sorted us out on a Sunday and we only had to wait about 10 minutes to see a doctor.

Worst service I have experienced in a medical clinic! Please don't waste your time booking any appointment in this place. After waiting for almost 45min for my first appointment here, and asking twice, they finally were ready, but it was too late and I have other things to do and mainly because I know what punctuality means and that it is an expression of respect. Of course no apologies were offered.
