I've been to a number of the larger accounting firms in Lismore but always found them treating me like a number, nothing personable and they charged like a wounded bull. I heard the radio add about Biztax and thought why not. Yes they are a small firm and WOW have i been impressed. Sharnette has a great team of multilingual staff who really do provide an outstanding service where you feel totally connected. They actually listen to you and make you feel comfortable. The advice has been spot on and the fees pretty reasonable considering the level of professional service you receive. It really is a pleasure doing business with them.

I use Biztax for both my personal tax, and for the business that I run. Whilst I deal mainly with Sharnette, I have actually had dealings with most of the staff in the office, and they are all great.The team are in regular contact with us to discuss tax issues and strategies, and using them certainly helps my peace of mind that I am meeting all my obligations.I would recommend Biztax to any of my friends & colleagues.

Spent months waiting to receive a document that never progressed beyond a draft. Tax returns never submitted on time. In the end gave up and found a new accountant. I would not recommend Biztax.
