The sale of our property was a difficult decision turned into an easy exercise. From the first contact with Crane Real Estate I was impressed. I contacted Crane to appraise my property and met with them to get a feel for their persona and character. I had multiple other agents come through and look at my home to appraise and give me an plan of sale. Crane did not pitch me the highest price which I could achieve rather they let me set the bar at what I wanted. I obviously set what I thought was an extremely difficult target from the data I had from other agents and my own research. Ultimately they took it onboard and reached the difficult goal I set them.Throughout the process I was kept in the loop by Anthony who was leading the sales and all the other Agents assisting him.
