Recently, Jan 2023, had excellent service from staff member Rob.Rib was extremely helpful and patient and even showed me by example how to.change my blown headlight globe.Rob provided good old fashioned friendly and kind customer service.Rob was chatty, happy and smiled.Sadly, this is a service lacking in so many businesses at this time.Be like Rob.Rob is awesome, happy and kind.Employ more Robs.Thanks Autobarn for excellent service..

I would rate this service 100/5 stars if I could. I’m currently back packing for Canada and was planning a 6-8 month lap of a country. I got sent here by someone from another store for roof racks and I walked in without a clue like a deer in headlights. Never had to look for roof racks let alone pick out my own correct ones and install them. I was directed to Damo and I honestly think this dude needs a raise. When I explained to him what I needed he looked up the specs for my vehicle and ordered the parts, went through the different tent options for me and my vehicle as well as overall comfortability for such a large trip. When I came to pick up the pieces he had all the instructions printed out super straight forward for me as I mentioned I was doing this project by myself and was a little overwhelmed with the process, we went outside and looked at my car and realized there could be an easier solution and we went with that and then him and his team helped make sure I was all set and knew how to operate the tent and that it was actually securely on my car. Slept in the set ok for the first time yesterday and it was beyond amazing. Being a young female I feel like a lot of people would have just sold me on something and said good luck and your on the way but not only were we able to find an easier project for me to do by myself but I was also walked through every process and given reason behind his suggestions for tents and racks.Honestly, can’t thank Damo and the other guys that helped me get everything set up enough. It took a very daunting task and made it extremely easy and manageable task with the best quality so I know I’ll finish my lap of aus with grade A gear.

The service is very good here if you speak to who I think might be the Manager as he just puts so much effort into helping you.

We had a few problems with our van, getting roof racks, fittings ect and Braith (Hopefully spelt right!) was nothing but welcoming, helpful and all round amazing person! Can’t recommend him more to help you out

Worst customer service experience of my life, and I'm OLDImagine rocking up after having your car stereo installed under a quote to discover that the labour price had almost DOUBLED and nobody bothered to call you BEFORE doing the work? And you can't get your car without paying the extra?I can't imagine running a business like this. Absolutely woeful, find a local car electrician to do your install because these guys do not respect your agency or wallet.
