We were so impressed and touched by Jason and his staff’s care when we recently lost our beautiful bunny Hercules. We had to take him to another emergency veterinary practice late on the Sunday and say goodbye to him that night but Jason took and monitored our other bunny the next day just to make sure she was okay. To our surprise they later sent us a sympathy card for our Herc. I think that is going above and beyond and we were touched beyond words. Thank you.

It’s nice to go to a vet who does not try and sell you a bunch of expensive tests and products. Very down to earth and keeps it simple for our cat to stay healthy and fit. Best vet I have seen so far in Sydney.

I wouldn’t entrust a member of my family to anyone else. I have been bringing my cats here for more than six years, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Particularly helpful is the preventative health and sensible advice on food, which maximises your pets’ joyous lifespan.

This is a wonderful veterinary practice.We were in a difficult situation with our beloved dog taking a bad turn in the early morning. We were so grateful for their ability to schedule us in. They were incredibly caring in their approach to our dear dog and her last momments with us.They were also so caring and considerate as we organised her final resting place.I can only say Thankyou thankyou again.

Awful !!!! As soon asthe dog I was babysitting saw the vet she wee'd herself and started shaking ,we went in because of her ears which he can never fix !!! He told me That he will talk to the owner about chopping her ears off !!!! ( his exact words )So I took her to a naturopath friend who straight away said YEAST infection with secondary infection over her poor body was so itchy also to the point of bleeding !!!!!! So we changed her diet and washed her twice weekly in selsun blue shampoo ,ears were cleared with a mix of applecider vinigar 2 cap fuls mix with 2 capfuls of luke warm water and very gently wipe out ears and place a 3 drops in the ear canal.....its been a month of doing this a the dog is pain and itch free!!!!!!!! Finally after 2yrs of torture and no thanks to this vet ,he needs to change careers.

I wanted to express my gratitude to all those involved , helping me to deal with the stressful situation I was faced with recently. My baby Maui (aka Butbut) , went so peacefully today. Staff there made me feel at ease, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any way. I was able to spend time with Maui, see her and hold her , spend those last few moments with her before she fell to sleep. Thank you from myself and my extended family, extremely grateful for the support and care you gave Maui, myself and the family.We love you Maui , you were more than our pet. Your were my best friend, and confidant .Here are some photos I want to share, of how we will always remember her.

Friendly, skilled and very knowledgeable vet that is in tune with our fussy pet and our needs. Resolved many problems with UTI, obesity and vaccinations in one visit. Only feedback I have is to update the open hours for Saturdays on Google so it is the same as the information on the clinic door. Will be back on Monday.
