Outstanding service! Not only Basel responded promptly (came over at 8pm to look at my failed alarm) but also he was very thorough, knowledgeable and even checked around my house giving a few (free) security tips. Basel and Sam did a great job today, very courteous and careful in protecting my newly renovated place. They also cleaned up afterwards and made sure I understood the new system. Basel even did above and beyond, by sealing a few cracked roof tiles while he was doing the wires with no extra charge. And all that came at a very competitive price. Highly recommended! Ps, Caroline, the lady over the phone is also very nice to deal with.

He is very professional and at the same time a true legend and a very lovely person. With his one visit he become our family friend. After failing to hear any inquiry followup calls from another recommended home security provider, I managed to find Pacific Security Technology via a Google search.Given their high Google customer ratings on the jobs they did, I phoned them up and had an informative conversation with Basel Basset (the managing director) to discuss our needs for a home security alarm system. Basel was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time explaining the systems and recommending a system that would suit our needs. He promptly followed up with a quote and shortly after, I gave him the go ahead to schedule us in for a home security alarm installation. He booked us in and advised us the date and time that he would be there.Basel and his partner William arrived on time as scheduled and helped us determine the best locations for installing the sensors and equipment. They went to work and several hours later completed the job (including cleaning up any messes made). They tested the equipment and programmed up the alarm with the relevant settings to our requirements. They showed us how to the use the alarm and advised that we can call them up anytime for any further assistance if we got stuck.Overall, Basel and William have done a fantastic job with our installation. They were honest, prompt, knowledgeable and had great customer service. They responded promptly to our initial inquiries and booked us in fairly quickly to do the job (which is what we were after).I have no hesitation in recommending them to others who need a security installation done. In fact, I've passed on their details to family and friends who are looking at having a security system installed.

I contacted Alarm Doctor and Spoke to Basel. He was able to attend in two and a half hours. Basel arrived within the time he stated. Basel upgraded my home alarm panel, set up the system and tested the system. He did a thorough job and completed the work in 35 minutes. He was friendly and respectful. His customer service was very good and I am very happy with his work. Thank you Basel for a prompt, respectful and a job well done.
