Great pub meals, the specials board always has something interesting. Some good wines on the wine list too.

Only place in Camperdown to have a bistro meal - everywhere else closed! On a work trip and the Team had 4 out of 4 nights dining herelast week. Between the pair of us we had a variety of entrees, mains and desserts - with all selections great tasting and very well priced. Thanks Hampden team for keeping us fed!

Best steak sandwich going around, chicken schnitzel burger is spot on too, haven’t had a bad feed after years of eating here.

So good. I’m gluten and dairy intolerant, we were discussing what I could eat when the most helpful staff member stepped in (possibly the manager/owner). There were options on the menu plus a couple of specials AND they were willing to move the ingredients around to suit on many other items. Delicious food, great service.

Awesome old style country pub. Staff are super accommodating. Big food menu of delicious food. There ain't much choice in town for food but doesn't matter cos this place does the job well

Can't rate rooms coz I didn't stay, food on a Saturday night was yum. Lots of ppl so we had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Friendly staff.

I use to love eating here. Service got slow. Gave a last chance today. Waited ages for my lamb cutlets and they were over cooked. The owner is a top bloke but the kitchen staff is not up to itAs a former school teacher l was shocked to see spelling mistakes on their boards.
