Brilliant service!Vassily and Ben are professional, super friendly and go above and beyond with customer service. They fixed my pc issues within a day when others couldn’t. Also sorted out smaller peripheral issues on the spot while we talked, just being helpful. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at F5 IT. Vass was super helpful and friendly. Took my sons laptop in which wouldn't turn on. Got a call less than 30 minutes later to come and pick it up. All sorted out. I highly recommend this business.

I recently contacted Ben from F5IT to see if he could help with a few issues regarding software as well as hardware for my business. I wasn’t sure if Ben could help me but I felt comfortable having a chat with him about my needs knowing he would be able to point me in the right direction if it wasn’t something he could help with.Ben is a man of many talents and was able to help me immediately - updating some stuff on my website that had been giving customers an error (I had been putting it off for months and he fixed it in 10 minutes). He also managed to source me a laptop to run special software so that I can work from home during COVID and had it delivered to me a few hours later. His prices were affordable (I regretted not approaching him sooner), his service was quick, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage him again.

Can't recommend enough, they were able to answer all my IT questions and helped me optimise my business IT operations to be really straight forward and easy to operate.I'm glad I won't have to go hunting for a decent business next time I need IT assistance now that I know about F5!I worked with Vas and would recommend anyone to ask for him specifically, he was patient and able to explain what was going on, which I can never usually understand :)

Ben helped me through issues with my email server that no other IT person seemed to be able to help me with. Not only was he able to fix the issue he did so promptly and knew what he was talking about. Would highly recommend his services to anyone!
