Jenine was amazing to work with. The hypnobirthing class from Grace and Ivy helped prepare me for birth with additional information that made me feel empowered in my birth journey. Before I took the class I was confused about my options around childbirth but afterwards I knew exactly what I wanted, felt comfortable advocating for myself, and developed a positive mindset around giving birth. What a wonderfully healing experience. Over the 3 hour session I felt completely at ease and held. I was able to process some personal challenges and find my centre and my strength.
