Coles Ormeau Village

Was average. Meat price's have gone up dramatically. No end of day specials if any it was only dropped by 25 cents off the full price. Probably won't go there again

The marked down items are aggressively mobbed by asian 55 yearold women. Please hire security they get violent if you get in their way.

Coles online ordering had an IT issue with my order and Deb from click and collect rectified the issue for me when no one else seemed to know what was going on. She was very friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you Deb!

Selection can be a bit lacking, especially with foreign foods compared to like the Coles in Upper Coomera. Very clean and modern, though. My least favourite thing here is that they ruin your reusable bags by putting way too much in them (even though I come in with like 50 bags). See image for 12.3kg bag they packed today.

Went in with my partner at 7:30pm, there were no registers open and nobody at the service counter. Had to scan and bag a full trolley ourselves. Also, a lot of shelves were blocked by roll cages of stock.

Usually has everything you need. Quick to find parking, in and out in a few minutes.I'd love to see the click and collect bays redesigned to have more parking bays, perhaps put it at the rear like other places do.

0 stars, they have no cashiers open sometimes only 1, long queue lines, and good luck buying groceries after 7-8pm you'll have to do yourself THEIR job! I used to be regular customer, never again. Aldi is my next choice

Started using click and collect and i can count on 1 hand how many time the actual order has been done correctly since i started using it from covid times.I kept giving it a try because the store is so close and handy, however week after week i would collect and drive home only to check off my items to find at least on average 2 missing per shop then i would have to get back in the car, head up to the service desk and ask for my items.I honestly am done now, this Coles feels like it gave up when the new one was built across the road its good only if you need to pop in and use it as a corner store on the way home from work which is now what i have relegated it too.Possibly might be more useful to close the store now Ormeau has a bigger one and replace with an Aldi so Ormeaunians have a bit more value for money and can shop around.

I do shop at coles ormeau villiage quite often. This particular time I had purchased a few chicken breast fillets. I didn't use that same night but did store in a plastic container in top compartment of fridge. The next evening pulled it out to find the chicken was definitely on the turn. Not worth taking it back tomorrow as it will then be 3 days old. Therefore I am notifing you, the consumer. Be careful

Purchased 24/3/23, Use By 17/4/23. When went to cook found riddled with mould. Returned next day for refund and told because it’s a fridge item they won’t accept it for exchange or money back. It’s not the first time we’ve bought sealed fresh food and found it to be rotten at this store but this was the first time I’ve asked for a refund. Absolutely stunned by their management response though.
