Have been a very dedicated client of Bianca’s for the better part of a decade. I don’t trust anyone else to shape and tint my eyebrows. I have crazily fair hair so it takes a delicate touch to get the right colour without it being too dark and she’s never got it wrong! In addition to taking my Mum across, I even popped in a couple of days before getting married so the makeup artist didn’t have to worry about eyebrows for the big day. I don’t live anywhere near Top Ryde anymore but continue to head over there just for this service :)

They are very professional and very thorough with their job.You know you’re in good hands once you see how fantastic the eyebrows look after they have done their magic.If you’re put off by the cost, definitely re-consider because you get what you pay for. Very dissapointed! I came here on a Saturday and put my sun glasses on my lap. The lady that was doing my eyebrows took my sunglasses and put it on the counter for me. After I was finished of course I had to forget to take them and returned next day and find out my sunglasses were not kept aside for me and they couldn’t find it. I came back after 4 days to find the same lady that took them away and she told me that she put it away for me on the top of the counter but now doesn’t know where it went! How hard is it to put away others belonging in a safe place considering the fact that it was the staff that took it away from me in the first place. It’s not about the sunglasses but being considerate which is something basic!

The lady serving said it was really busy while there was 1 person in store. This was half an hour to close and I wanted to get my eyebrows done. She could be easily done it in 10 minutes but she had a bus to catch. Hopeless!

Bianca and the team are wonderful.. They listen and explain anything you need.. This my regular eye brow place and its like seeing friends again. Highly recommended.
