Al Sultan Pastry
I bought some pastries today, it was dry and there were fungus on the bottom. Very disappointedHad to throw all of them. Totally waste of money. Never going to the shop again.

We were there to buy cake, no customer service at all, no greetings no smile on face. One guy was on queue behind us, felt bad for him. Even he was completely ignored. The owner served us after 10 minutes of waiting, when there were no customers, busy talking in their language loudly.The cake i taste today was completely dry, no taste at all. I have tried cake from here before as well, the quality has gone down too, sad to see that. Nothing has left to visit here now !

The sweets here are good, tastes good always . However, the customer service is below standard . They need to learn how to serve a customer. I wanted to pay by card and he continuously asking me to pay by cash which I refused . After payment is finalised by EFT, the guy didn’t even pack my sweets rather start serving the lady behind me .It was 3 bags full scattered all over the counter , so I waited few moments and then grab them by myself over the counter. Terrible terrible service . Even a person in a one dollar shop with limited English skills does better than this.

Dodgy customer service. Feels like you're doing them a massive inconvenience by walking in and ordering sweets even though the shop is empty.

Poor customer service… didn’t even reply on my clear thank you instead turn around after hearing it. I will never visit the place . Very rude lady with hair band .. first and last buying

The sweets here taste good and the owners are friendly but the workers there have very poor customer service and are liars. You ask them if the sweets are fresh and they will always say yes but then they sell you old and inedible food. One of the owners asked the worker to charge me a certain price for a cake and she charged extra for no reason and I only noticed when I went home and looked at my phone.
