I asked for it to be heated. It got heated for 40 seconds on a high temp and burnt the roll and they didn’t heat up the chicken schnitzel first then went out the back for 5 minutes while my food was sitting with flies on it. Then in the long run I get my “hot” food. Cold with a hard crunchy bun. I recommend long jetty subway or the entrance subway.

Subway is well subway most stores serve the same thing and you get the same quality most of the time. The main reason for writing a 5 star review is because of the girl who served me. She actually went out of her way to initiate a conversation and ask how my day was going. It might be a small thing but positive staff are so important for a business and keep people coming back.

I went into subway for lunch today and ordered a lunch salad while waiting to be served. I was looking over the salad bar and the cleanliness was absolutely appalling. There is food all over the salad bar. The 6 inch subs have become tiny and the presentation of the salad look like they just chucked it in With no care in the world of what the presentation looks like Will never ever go back there again

I went in tonight and bought a foot long. As soon as I opened it, it fell apart and was so soggy. Mind you, when I came to sit down and eat it in store, one of the staff told me I can't because it was closing time. It was 8.20pm when I purchased the order, and I even asked the staff member who made my sandwich what time they close and he said 9.30pm. It even says on Google they close at 9.30pm. They had just mopped up and by the looks of it didn't want to clean again. This staff member has always been dry the few times I've gone in. I'm definitely making a complaint because it's unacceptable.

Went in today 2 other girls where chattin away in the back and came out after 10 mins. After she made the sandwich it almost fell apart. Also rude after I paid for it. Zero customer service.

They didn't have enough staff which lead to us waiting 40 minutes. They a didn't care enough when making the food and mixed spicy ingredients in when not asked for. They finally served us raw cookies that wouldn't seperate.Over all it was very unpleasant and would seek to avoid.
