I was very happy with the appointment I had with No Gaps Dental , Penrith. The Dentist was very thorough, professional and polite, and her assistant very supportive. I couldn't have asked for better care

Very friendly staff. Receptionist was welcoming and patient. The dentist and her assistant were both aware of my nervousness and took care to be sure I was comfortable and, and were reassuring and caring throughout the procedure. Fair price. Totally great experience. Thanks.

Went there as a new patient as I am new to the area. The dentist I saw was extremely unprofessional. I informed her that she was hurting me throughout my clean and she replied in a defensive manner telling me that she will stop the clean as she wasn’t doing it on purpose. I simply said to her that I was in a lot of pain and I haven’t had that during a clean before. She then told me I needed a filling and then pushed me out the door as if she was unhappy that I told her about how painful the clean was. There was no explanation or care taken to inform me of what procedure I needed done. She told me earlier in the session that she likes to explain herself at the end of the session so that the patient is informed …I got no explanation and she was very short when answering the few questions I had. I will never return and hope that moving forward, this dentist reflects on her professional behavior with patients.

i love coming to no gaps dental they are friendly and dr tyrone is the best dentist i have ever been too and will continue to go too for the rest of my life and i also bring my son there too so happy to go there

I am a very nervous person when it comes to having to see a dentist. I am 44 years old and have this fear that is so debilitating that it has prevented me from seeing a dentist as often as I should up until I started going to no gaps dental in Penrith. Each and every staff member, doctors, nurses, admin etc are the most welcoming and calming people I have ever met. I do still cry with needles yet I am not giggled at or chastised for my reaction by the staff, instead I am softly spoken to, hand held and soothed. For someone to calm me enough to work on my teeth is a blessing for me. My whole family use this dental practice because of the care they take with me at my most vulnerable. 11/10 service just brilliant.

Expert advice and service as always. I have seen Dr Kaylan for many years and at times other Dentists at the practice and all have been very professional and courteous when addressing my dental needs. I would highly recommend the practice to others.

The problem with this place is that there is a lot of turnover with the dentists, so it ends up being a hit or miss. I’ve had some lovely dentists here but I’ve also had some terrible ones. My latest experience being one of those. The dentist I had was severely lacking in knowledge, empathy and care - I left the clinic in tears. I can’t deal with the inconsistency and don’t want to risk a repeat experience so I’ve decided to not go back.

i am really conflicted about leaving a review. on one hand I thought that the cleaning if my teeth was very thorough on the other hand I was left upset by how much I was quoted for a crown. 1750 A$ (which would require a gap payment of 950 A$) which is insane.I am very well aware that the quoted price is within the range of what dentists charge in Australia (apart from one place in Brisbane which charges only 799A$), it is never the less predatory as most people are forced to cough up the money if they want to be pain free. I tried to contact other dentists but they all insist on a consultation" before revealing the costs. Imagine buying a car and not being able to compare prices?This dentist helped me make the decision never to have any major dental work done in Australia. Luckily I already had booked a trip overseas and got a quote for the top of the range crown for 350 A$.I know some dentist will argue how the standard in Australia is better and the usual bla bla bla scare sales pitch

Worst service ever. Canceled twice as the doctor i was booked in with wasnt qualified to do extractions! So not only am i still in alot of pain i have now lost 2 days of work due to their incompetence. Then they refused to hand over my documents to take my business else where.
