Simon was great. Did more than was expected, including an in roof inspection, with videos of condition of places i couldn't get to. Even found some sections with missing insulation. Very happy with Shoreline. Nice fella too

Simon did a great job. Communication from the start was spot on. Arrived on time. Explained the plan and let us know if changes encountered. Started with ant extermination and we got him back for termite treatment. He also showed us some water damage from a pipe under the house, which we were unaware of and now can get fixed before it was too late. 5 stars all round.

Before engaging Simon, I had contacted bigger well known national companies who quoted me higher prices based on what they could find online about our house without do a physical inspection.
