The majority of the machines are out of order, we had a limited options. The only machine that doesn’t have an “out of order”sign on it weren’t working is well. We have purchased 7 dollars for ten minutes of spin?! It doesn’t wash, it doesn’t rinse, I put my clothes in it and spend seven dollars for a ten minute spin and it still grose. The whole store smells disgusting! I suggest you to go to the The Pines one, it is not the greatest but it’s way BETTER than this!

Love this place! The washing machines are so powerful & the dryers you do not need for very long either unlike other laundry mats. Great service when I had an enquiry and the phone call was answered promptly. I'm always doing my full house laundry here. I always go to the bank & get out as many coins i need for a month and just leave it in the car so I don't need to think twice its ace!

DIRTY and smelly machines! The detergent trays are yulk. You see black mildews in all the machines. No maintenance and servicing to the machines at all. Oh, there's NO water when I washed my clothes. You hear the whoosh sound but there's no water in the machine. Don't go there. Totally disgusting.

No coin machine. Came with my two kids to dry bedding after an accident". Not only was there no coin machine but all the neighbouring shops would not help assisting with coins. On top of that

The washing machines were full of dog hair and grime. They smelt and were generally dirty. The big industrial washers were fine however, more costly.

Most of the machines are out of order including for the pets and floor had trash litter all over.

Most of the machines where out of order. The ones that where working looked moldy. I used two machines, a $18 large load and a $7 small load. Large was great. Small didn't even wash my clothes took the powder and the money but didn't wash my clothes. Not happy Jan. Would I go back nope.

Everything came back perfect. So amazed with the speed of washing. Fast turnaround! Picked up the items around 11.30am and it was already at my doorstep when I got back at 4.30pm. Definitely recommend this business.

I was here today as our machine requires service and was disappointed to find most of the machines don’t work. I wouldn’t risk it on the few that would. I’m not quite sure why this location is even still operating.
