Troy Loftus was very professional from the first test drive, the wait for the car to enter the country to the day I picked it up. Troy kept me informed every step of the way as to the due date and always answered any query I had in between. Troy is an asset to Tynan Hyundai and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a Hyundai.

Troy was very helpful and spent time showing us the car ( Hyundai Tucson) and allowing us a test drive, despite being busy. He freely explained all the car had to offer and answered all our questions. We had not intended to purchase that day but just to begin to inform ourselves of our choices in this range of car. (We currently drive a Range Rover sport and are selling another off road car)Having driven more high end cars, this is to be our run about ( kayak and bike carrier) and we were not very familiar with this range. I only say that in the context of my next comment- we both are wrapped with our new car. She has everything I need- she’s smaller but not too small; she has plenty of go; I mastered her navigation n controls very quickly!! She is more noiseless than I thought on testing ( very quiet to drive). Her boot space is great. I cannot speak more highly of her and my hubby is also very happy.On hand over, Lachlan was wonderful in explaining everything and how she worked (and we only had to wait 5 weeks from decision to purchase her.)Within a few days we had a call to see if we were happy with her which was a lovely follow up.I can only recommend this car and Tynan for their service. Very happy customer.

From originally asking about the purchase of the Santa Fe Hybrid SUV the Tynan representative (Norbert) was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. Ordering, deposit and signing the contract was prompt and easily achieved. There was a concern over the delivery of the vehicle from our original discussions with Tynans, however when advised a better model was available, we asked and was afforded that option at no extra cost. All extras were installed and car picked up as requested. Tynan representative (Norbert) again very helpful and accommodating.

Straight forward negotiations, no time wasted when dealing with these people. If they couldn’t do it, they would be honest with you. At one time, I was looking for a new Subaru Impreza with a certain colour when supply was really tight during the Covid time. Tynan didn’t have the car I was looking for. The General Manager (Nick Harris) asked me to give him one day to search the car in Australia. He found one with another dealer elsewhere and did the swapping. They tracked down the car to the production schedule in Japan with an exact shipping schedule from Subaru production factory. 2 months later, the vehicle showed up in the front of my house by Tynan delivery team as promised. That was impressive.Most recently, I was looking for a new Hyundai i30. This car was extremely hard to get given the high demand and tight supply. I called Tynan and they were able to source one with an immediate delivery. There was no price gouging involved, the price was exactly as advertised by Hyundai Australia. They even agreed to give me extra rubber mats for free. don’t see this kind of service at any other dealers.I have bought cars from Tynan for over fifteen years my families. Same story every time. Straight forward and honest deals.

My beautiful car finally arrived. Great service from Troy, he kept us updated whilst we waited for my car, he was polite, professional and always responded promptly to our questions and queries. Norbert was a great help getting the car we wanted. Had the car done up with a ribbon for a photo op when we arrived to pick it up and spent time assisting connecting phones etc

Dealt with Norbert through what turned out to be a longer than expected wait due to the current economic situation and global events. Norbert always kept in touch, provided updates and was just as excited as me to finally get the car. Tynans overall could have done things better, particular around changing contracts and lack of courtesy by their Sales Manager.
