This team in Cannington has been delivering high quality dentistry, the most reputable in Perth that we have known in our 35 years here! I waited 20 minutes over my appointment time then another patient was taken in before me. The nurses commented on this (I may be older but I'm not deaf) but did nothing.I have been attending this practice for many years but since it expanded the patient care has vanished. I will not return

Was there for a root canal treatment... when I called in for another treatment I was booked in for 12pm... I called in and cancelled and moved it to 1.15pm however.... the 12pm appointment was never cancelled and was charged $35.00....After trying to explain numerous times that I cancelled... the lady kept saying I still owed them 35.00 even though I cancelled some minutes after booking! never going there again.... if your going there make sure you remind them 5 times to cancel the booking if you need to cancel

Simply by chance I Attended today for emergency after breaking a tooth while eating. Was lucky enough to get same day appointment. Staff were great. Very helpful. Tessa did the work and was excellent. And I mean excellent! I can easily say that she is the best dentist i have ever seen. Avadent is were i will heading from now on.

Along with myself, I send all my children to Avadent for their dental needs. Been sending my children there since they opened many years ago and would not consider going anywhere else..... Thank you team Avadent!

Zamira was great - she talked me through the whole process during my check up. Also gave me explicit instructions on what I should be doing. One of the best dentists I've seen!

I was in severe pain overseas and cancelled further flights to return. My normal dentist couldn't fit me in so I approached Avadent. Dr. Russell Powell was extremely accommodating and booked me in purely to relieve my pain. I need a root canal treatment, so a big job. After the emergency treatment, reception called me on a Saturday to check my pain level. Dr. Powell also called me and sent a script to the closest Pharmacy to me, just so I didn't have to come in or drive far. The actual work needed ended up being more than the quote since I have a 4th canal and not 3 as is the normal situation, which was not discernable easily at the time. Dr. Powell worked hard to give me the best treatment and do a good job. No compromise at any stage. He didn't charge me for the extra work on the 4th root. This Doctor is dedicated to his profession and is exceptionally gentle, accommodating, generous, compassionate, caring and dedicated to his patients. He treated me beyond normal times and didn't charge for the whole effort and time he put in. I'm not the best with my dental health and don't take enough care like I should, but I'm inspired now to do better. Thank you Dr. Russell Powell.
