Recently used SWIFT for urgent same day delivery due to current supplier not being able to supply. They picked up and delivered in under 2 hours. Ardian the GM contacted me later that day and helped us create an account where we could book online and explained their services in detail. Very impressed at the level of care even for a small customer such as myself. Would recommend to anyone requiring local transport in Melbourne.

Not interested in helping their customers - GM refuses to even return calls.Some really nice drivers, but also some awfully lazy and unhelpful ones. Not helped by management who prefer to look the other way when issues arise.
