Order arrived quicker than anticipated. The drone is performing exactly as hoped for. Works fine indoors and outdoors. Definitely get extra batteries and 6 way charger.

Their post sales care is unreal, second only to rapid fast delivery. I cannot praise them highly enough, the only place I will shop.This hobby requires a steep learning curve and is not simply plug and play, they helped me overcome obstacles and guided me to the correct hardware I should be using for ease of flying. I had a faulty battery and they replaced it instantly and sent it out with my next order. 10/10 recommend

Poor product quality control. Twice I was sent faulty items that I had to get replaced or refunded, had to spend an extra $60 just for shipping and waited multiple weeks for stuff to be sent back, in tern, not allowing me to take drones on holidays or social events. Consider buying from other Australian based shops before coming here.

I bought the parts for a first build. Great support through online portal with technical questions on their products. Even months after I purchased they still helped me understand the flight stack. I was impressed when they weren’t sure how to help and said they will ask someone and got back to me the next day using the online chat portal
