Helen and Liz were amazing as always! We always book with Byron Bay Luxury Homes not only are the property’s incredibly beautiful but their service is unmatched.

Was agent for Airbnb rental in Byron Bay we rented for my daughter’s wedding.There were seven of us and the rental was for 7 days so was very expensive but we wanted the best for the wedding stay.Unfortunately this rental agent was very very difficult to deal with and no return phone calls after calling them THREE times.When booking through Airbnb, wasn’t made cleared it is handled by Real Estare Rental Agent.We were also looking to buy but used another agent because of our very bad experience from their rental side of their business.

Very lazy staff. They are not professional when they need to be and unfortunately they don’t care about their people/tenants/clients.
