The nicest post office in Sydney! Everybody are so helpful and smiling! I have never had any problems with even challenging tasks they are always happy to help. I have used this post office for more than 30 years.

The post office request customers to fill in electronic form online for parcel being sent to oversea, but online form is so unreliable it crashed, so all the data I filled in are gone, then the staff asked me to fill in the form manually, staff blamed on the shopping centre wifi. But if the online form is so unreliable they shouldn’t request customers to use it and refuse customer to fill in the form manually in the first place.

The Indian lady should not work there. Forgot to look for her name to file complaint.I just went in to submit my baby’s passport application two part was missing which i wasnt sure and she told me why havent i filled it out ? Seriously so rude , happy to fill out again and come back then she made comment that i dont need to bring my baby next time leave it somewhere, this is beyond rude its none of her business whether i bring my baby with me or not just to be clear baby wasnt making any noise or crying. worst experience ever will not go to her next time i need to go in .

My mum and I went to have our passport pictures taken at the post-office. A lady named , Vandana, served us and she had the patience of an angel. She ensured we were happy with our pictures (helping us take them more than once) and was always polite and patient, without an ounce of bother. Thank you for your kind words and help!

all the staff are very kind and welcome except the indian lady with chunky jewellery. I come in every week for my business, the lines are long and the service is slow. Usually the staff is nice including the manager, but that one lady is always frustrated, extremely slow, and throws my parcels into the bucket even though a fragile sticker is on all of them.

Long queue on Saturday morning 26/3/22 at Australia Post - Macquarie Shopping centre. For sure there are smarter customer care and supply chain management to speed up the process in 2022.I was at home all week, no posties showed up, than got an email to pick up my parcel! Ppl are working full time have no other choice but to come here on Saturday morning. Either add more staff or change your opening hours. I dont see anyone in here to post stuff. we are all here just to pick up a parcel? The queue hasn't been moved for 20 mins. There are 25 ppl behind me at this stage #australiapost

Seems really slow but it didn't affect me as I was just looking for C5 envelopes and a Will Kit. They didn't have either (I walked around a few times in case I missed it) so I left. I think it's good that the facility is there. It's been there for years!
