I ordered a well done steak and it was the complete opposite, it looked like it was rare with how red and bloody it was. How hard can it be to just check the food before served so it’s worth what the customer is paying for. The service was good at the start but it felt like the staff were avoiding us later on and they didn’t once check to see if we needed anything else throughout the night, even though they were checking on other tables right next to us. Honestly time waste and money waste will not be back.

I have come here a few times this year and all staff have been super lovely. My most recent time I have come. I was served by a lovely lady names Verna. Her service was absolutely amazing. She really makes the experience so much better, her friendliness and her constant bright smile and positive attitude. She give her all and should deserve so much recognition for her attitude she brings to the team.

The only thing good about this place is you order food and drinks threw app and pay there because the service is terrible.I ordered a drink a entrees and main and a dessert.The drink came half way threw the main...Entrees didn't come at the same time..I got the maltesers dessert then when it came it had no maltesers then when I asked why they said that they were out of. I believe that they should have came out and told me or as if I wanted something different because they are 1/3 of the dessert...Large plate size

Dined in about 2.30pm on a Sunday so lunch rush was gone. Plenty of empty tables. Were taken to a table/booth that had half the cutlery missing. The booth itself was very dirty with old food stains. We ordered an entree platter of pork sliders, chicken wings & potato skins. Everything looked & tasted like it was not fresh, chicken wings dry. We also ordered the fajita tower with pork & prawn. The fajita mix was tasty however the pork belly looked like it had been thrown on top. Definitely no love taken! Definitely not worth $120. Won't be back.

We ordered some ribs and wings to share among friends. This was my first time eating here at this restaurant after shopping. Frankly speaking, I still prefer Tony Roma's.
