I've been coming to Sirocco since 2009. It's an amazing salon. My hairdresser, and salon owner, Leanne is outstanding. Her level of service is phenomenal. Every cut or colour or service I've ever received has been fantastic. And I've been basically ever colour at some point. It's never too much to ask. Wonderful staff. Fabulous results. Good price. In my opinion, Sirocco is the only place to go in Newcastle!

Leane was awesome, she’s taught me more about my curls within 1 hour more than what I’ve learnt in my whole life. She’s lovely and I couldn’t have asked for anything else. The whole staff is caring, kind and patient and provide great customer service. Cutting curls is not an easy task, and yet she did perfect!

Great salon. I feel listened to and valued, not rushed through like other salons. Amy is amazing! She has rescued my hair from a terrible cut I had gotten elsewhere and given me two perfect style cuts during the growing out process.

Leanne has taught me how to work with my own hair and did an incredible job of my bridal hair. I've never had my hair styled successfully before as it doesn't handle any sort of heat treatment and is very curly but Leanne was magic! My hair was one of my husband's favourite parts of my look on the day.

I have been hugely impressed with Leanne's knowledge and expertise especially for hair as extremely frizzy, kinky, thick and all-round impossible as mine. Her expertise shows in her understanding of how to style, colour and manage my hair while also taking into consideration my facial structure, age and lifestyle. I've also much appreciated how she listens to my needs, her attentive style, and her proactive suggestions. I've been fortunate in my life to have observed the work of a nationally recognised hair stylist overseas. Leanne's abilities are as close as I've experienced to that level professionalism since that time.

By FAR the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to! I have curly hair and have always struggled to find a hairdresser that just *gets it*. Leanne really took her time with me and was talking to me about different techniques and products she recommended! Side note: the loveliest most gentle dog to welcome you as you come in. A dream!!! I’ve been a regular customer since 2015. Leanne has seen me through bleached blonde, pinks and purples, balayage, highlights, short hair, fringes and now long wavy hair. She’s friendly, a genius with colouring and curly hair, and always listens to what your needs are so that she can give you advice and suggestions. Huge fan, highly recommend. As an added bonus, and the reason I started going in the first place, the salon is eco-friendly!
