St Kilda Community Housing Ltd.

St Kilda community housing is an absolute under handed dodgy organisation. The staff enter units without permission or notification. Bed bug infestation that have contributed to terrible health conditions that are dangerous. If you complain they set you up alter documents and lie to law enforcement. I know personally 5 people who have had very costly and concerning housing disasters. This company needs to be audited and investigated. Save disadvantaged people from harm. Report any concerns do not be afraid of these awful people......

Things look like they are improving which is terrific..

Staff have always been hugely helpful, kind and generously assisted in matters of accommodation. There have been massive changes to renovate and upgrade accommodation standard's and conditions for all residents. Personally, I have been overwhelmed with their gracious support and their focus on residents who have needed extra care and a helping hand in moves and moral support.Currently, many changes within staff have occurred with a newly appointed CEO that unfortunately has resulted in some discontent amongst staff which is disconcerting even for residents.I have found always in the past that the staff at St Kilda Community Housing to be a great team who applied themselves to tasks above and beyond.As one of many who is a resident, I am concerned regarding the change of face with the new Logo, I feel does not reflect favourably overall and is not considerately representative of St Kilda Community Housing nor residents thereof.Considering the purpose of St Kilda Community Housing, the many years of hard work, the heartfelt concern that staff have supported and committed to this community, the new logo indicates an element of disociation and a charity scam.At least the previous logo respectfully entrusted, indicating a concern for applicants needing a forever secured and safe home.That is all that needed to be said. But somehow some funds we're unnessarily made available and wasted designing a new logo, whereby this money could have been utilised more responsibly where it would have been more worthily spent towards: resident program's, accommodation improvements, better staff conditions and support overall.I hope better decisions will be made in future.

Absolutely useless.Cockroach infested,no heating and staff absolutely unwilling to help.Also big time wasters.Need to be investigated and closed down!Extremely substandard.

Avoid this shambolic organisation at every opportunity which may arise.
