Lil Sprouts Childcare/Early Learning Centre

The new owner is a well educated lady that really cares for children's development. We have noticed a lot of good positive changes from the education they are being given.I like the wide range of activities they plan each day and interaction with the children.We stood by the new owners in the transition of ownership and went through a few minor issues (as expected when taking over a buisness) but was all fixed quickly and has not happened again.Highly recommend lill sprouts early learning centre.

The management and staff at Lil sprouts are amazing. The new owners have created a very warm and welcoming environment.The educators are fabulous and are always trying to find new ways to educate and keep the kids engaged and learning.

My son started as a baby in October 2021, and had a lovely experience with the educators and owner. Unfortunately, it was sold in November 2022 and the new owners have not provided a safe and welcoming environment. Every single educator has left since the change over (some of these women had been there for 5-10+ years). The lack of communication, the treatment of the staff and the complete disinterest in engaging the families meant that I couldn't possibly keep sending my son there.After emailing to terminate his care and explaining in detail my concerns, the responses and 6am text I received were incredibly unprofessional - undermining the previous staff and excusing away many issues with misinformation. Do not send your children here.

Both of my children attended Future Stars centres. My eldest started full time at 3 months old. It was truly a home away from home" for both of them. Xx"

Lil Sprout Early Learning is a great place !. There so much focus on early learning for children.I know the leadership team well.Recommend to anyone who is looking for quality education and care.

What a difference, the new educational and child-centred programs are making a massive difference in the quality of care provided in this centre. New beginnings!! It is transforming to be one of the best centres in Adelaide!! Very Proud.

High quality education, really supports children' with their development. And Positive, warm, responsive interactions.

EDIT: since posting my review I can see 3 positive reviews have been posted, all from people not even in this state/country. Very interesting.My daughter started at Lil Sprouts a little less than a year ago. We absolutely loved it. The educators were all lovely, management was the same and did a great job of managing bookings and changes etc. It had a gorgeous family feel and we couldn’t have been happier.Then the owners sold the centre, and unfortunately I cannot in good conscience recommend Lil Sprouts to fellow parents. Within 6 months of handover, almost all of the original educators left, and only two remain. I think the staff were treated quite poorly by the new owners.There were numerous booking issues, we were once charged for more days than our daughter was there for, we then weren’t charged for 3 months and no matter how many times we contacted them, nothing got done about it. I also changed days for just one week, then upon returning to normal the week after I find that we weren’t booked in. Not to mention they never responded to any emails. We kept encountering issue after issue.When picking my daughter up several times her nappy has been so wet that her clothes were drenched. I can understand this happening once, but more than 2 times is unacceptable. She’s also gone back to crying and screaming when I leave her in the mornings, which wasn’t happening before.After informing them that we are going elsewhere, the director sent me a long email trying to convince me to stay and it was full of misinformation. I didn’t respond straight away. I then received a text message from her on my personal phone the next day at 6am. This is borderline harassment.We’ve now moved our daughter somewhere else. I wish my review could be more positive.

Where do I start from….. my sister attended the leadership’s previous centre in Nsw and I got the opportunity to work and grow into this field. It has been nothing but love and support. My mother picked this centre as it wasn’t based around money, it was based about love, culture and respect. Thank you Ajantha for everything you have done. I can certainly say you have touched and inspired my family and I.

Since 2020 my children have been attending to Lil Sprouts Early Learning Centre and therefore as a parent I have seen the difference in the development of my children given by different educators. I can reluctantly recommend Lil Sprouts Early Learning Centre now because the new ownership have been giving more varieties of learning and developmental experiences to our children and making sure that our children are educated with love, culture, advanced programs that is shown by our children in the past few months. It is a great centre that had been through some difficult and positive changes and i couldn't have been more grateful for having such great owners and educators.
