BG Panel & Paint

Scammers and rubbish paint job too. My Mitsubishi 380 was rear ended so RAC sent me here for repairs. I don't trust auto shops so took a photo of the kilometers on the odometer when I dropped it off. Over 100 kms extra on the car when I picked it up after a long weekend and zero fuel left in the tank. I complained to the manager and he said that didn't happen". Basically called me a liar. The paint job was extremely poor too

I was quoting for a major repair job for my Santa Fe and came across BG P&P. I found them honest and easy to deal with, and they were competitively priced compared to others. They did a tremendous job making the 6-year-old car look brand new, which must have taken some effort especially with the red pearl paint. Thanks heaps and I highly recommend!

POOR communication, procedures, workmanship & seemingly no quality control.I required a quote & work done on my commercial van after it was vandalised with spray paint. I had the vehicle attend twice before they could decide how it was to be repaired & then a 3rd time for the work to be done.As it has vinyl signage that needed replacement, they gave us wrong information of to who was responsible to have the van attend the sign company. This produced more delays.An inspection of the work done on pickup revealed poor workmanship.A representative from the business offered for the vehicle to be left there again for the 'poor work' to be fixed. He didn't quite understand that each time we've attended it's income lost for me as I operate a micro transport business that only makes income when I'm on the road actively working.I would have accepted monetary compensation for this poor work but of course that was never offered.

I was worried prior to getting car fixed by BG.due to questionable reviews on line, but had to as I was sent by my insurer. The end result is that I am very happy with the work they have done. Repaired promptly and with no problems of any kind. They kept me informed and returned my car in great condition and clean. Even the loose change left in the car was not touched. Would recommend them above any other I know of.

BG Panel and paint dealt with my car after an awful accident cant speak more highly of them, Arthur in particular was amazing. Great communication (they were more helpful than my insurance company) and honest which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend.

My mate took his Grand Cherokee to BG Panel & Paint to have work completed through insurance as they were on the recommended repairers list - huge mistake. He was absolutely disgusted with their shockingly poor quality of workmanship and repair. They cut corners, couldn't colour match the bumper, didn't paint parts of the bumper at all, painted the sensors a completely different colour, didn't replace blatantly obvious broken parts behind the bumper, dirt under the paint, poor alignment and securing of bumper. He took it back and even the SECOND time around the bumper wasn't secured properly or aligned, clips were missing, mud guard missing and they deny the mud guard being there, dirt under the paint and uneven paint finish in places. Unsure how this business is allowed to operate. The car had to be taken elsewhere to be completed properly after their staff tried" and failed miserably... TWICE"

I had my mother's Toyota Corolla repaired at BG Panel & Paint after her insurance company classified it as uneconomical write-off". The guys at BGs did a fantastic job - the car looks like new again!"

Absolutely stoked with the work BG Panel and Paint did on my Subaru Liberty, the paint and repair job looks just as good as brand new. They even cleaned inside the car. Receptionists are also very friendly and keep you up to date with the progress. No hesitation to recommend these guys.

Had a deep scratch removed and repainted, very happy with the result, fast efficient and friendly. From my experience I recommend you give them your business.
