Had Lavish Ranjeet help with my move today. Very efficient! I was able to book the day before, inclusive of heavy items like fridges. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

The guys were really friendly and professional. They were good value, cleaned the cob webs off the bottom of the lounge and behind the fridge and worked quickly. All the items were transported without any issues and set up in the new house. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Absolute worst moving experience. After itemising all the contents of my large 2 bedroom house on the phone to them, they sent the smallest truck in the world and two men who looked like they’d never moved anything before. They didn’t know how to load the truck either and my boxes were upside down and on the side. They ended up having to do two trips which I am sure they planned to do as I was paying half hourly. What could have been done in three hours took EIGHT hours. Honestly never again. These 5 star reviews must be fake.

CBD movers are unprofessional. Two movers tried to rip me off and refused to allow me to speak to their supervisor. They loaded bags full of cushions first then when I said you must get the loung suite on this trip because you’re too slow and I want the Linge suite moved this morning said there’s was no room. They were trying to charge me around a thousand dollars to move a lounge room, a fridge and a small kitchen cabinet. Move slowly and are ruder than hell. My advice get a quote these people charge by the hour and move slowly so they can charge a packet.

This has to be the worst moving company we have ever had. They may try and respond to this review and lie about how they tried to resolve the issues but please they will only be trying to cover their bad business policy. First of all the rate at which the movers packed, the fact they wanted to avoid steps which we paid extra for by using the second story balcony yo pass fragile furniture down from. Then no wrapping of the mattress when I specifically asked that they be wrapped, again we pay for this as it is timed! Then my husband and daughter moving everything to speed things along, then a 50 minute wait as a toll road was taken when the trip from our homes are 11 minutes away! To a truck that did not fit our furniture so they said they will go a second trip to then saying they will give a $60 discount after they try and charge us 5 hours for a 3.5 let's round it to a 4 hour job!!! Then refusal to take my furniture out of the truck until I pay $660 for a $510 job! Don't use them! Don't use them! Don't use them! The drivers are not to blame the company only gives them less than half of what they charge us and do not support them or us. Do not use them! Do not use them! Seriously save yourself the hassle and grab someone else at$120 an hour, $60 call out, $60 for stairs etc etc. Awful. Zero stars if I could.

I have been using the services of CBD Movers for a few years. I keep going back to them because of the very professional service they provide. They are always punctual, respectful and responsive. I highly recommend them for their good and reliable service.

This company is outstanding. They recently assisted me with a time-critical weekend move of 42 boxes of very heavy books & delicate items, including boxed art works. Everything was handled with great care. The two gentlemen who carried all the items were very polite, very helpful, & very professional. Their standard of presentation was high. The call Centre was amazing & helped me enormously with a last minute reschedule. I recommend this company very highly & I will definitely use them again. Thank you very much

Bobby and Sandeep arrived on time after some great communication, two confirmation calls in the days leading up to our move. They were professional and paid careful attention to our possessions. They worked methodically through the work without rushing. No damage everything arrived intact and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The estimate was spot on and the price was competitive. Today we moved a 3 bedroom house in under 4 hours. Very impressive work by the whole CBD team. Recommended based on our day working with Bobby and Sandeep
