It’s hard and rough walk, view is amazing once you reach at summit.

If you enjoy a challenging walk and scenic views rolled into one, then grab your hiking boots and make your way to Yacaaba Headland walking track. This lightly challenging walk leads up and across the southern headland of Barrington Coast, in the southern reaches of Myall Lakes National Park.

This is a hike for the adventurous, and incredibly rewarding for those who make it. We started from Tea Gardens ferry dock, walking 45minutes Riverside to join Jimmy's beach, which is a glorious stretch of bay with unreal crystal clear water. A tough 35 minutes hike up the beach crossing over dunes to Bennett's Beach on the ocean side. Then 45 minutes up to the summit. The first half is quite gentle, but some steady feet and scrambling required later in. I'd say 3 to 4 times more difficult than Tomaree Head! But so worth it for the rugged access and unspolit views!

If you have a 4x4, depending on the signal, sometimes you can go all the way through Jimmy beach parking by the beach.Otherwise, to this paradise view, you should park at the end of Jimmy’s Beach. After walking along beautiful Benetts Beach with blue water, you find a way to Yacaaba Walking Trail. The first kilometre is a nice walking, enjoyable and shade nature. Some people give up before getting to the last part, which is very steep, but keep going all the way to the top and find an amazing 360 degrees view both sides of Porth Stephens and Tea Gardens. You can even can see the Lighthouse in Fingal Bay.It's wonderful and worth the effort.Make sure you carry enough water, there is nowhere to get it.
