The team here at CPAP Victoria - Frankston are all kind and extremely helpful. Helen in particular was great and I found her sharing her own experiences very helpful.

When i say that CPAP Victoria Frankston branch saved my life, i mean it in a couple of way. The obvious being that I now no longer stop breathing during the night, addition to that, the fear that I might wake up dead (or not wake up as it were) because my wife had finally had enough of my snoring and seen to it to put a pillow over my face has all but disappeared.Thank you especially to Carlie for your help and professionalism through the whole trial and admin process to get the machine up and running, and swift troubleshooting with the approvals process.Cheers, Josh.

I needed to trial a CPAP sleep machine. My lung and sleep specialist sent me to try a CPAP from one of a number of CPAP centres. Having no idea about these I listened carefully as Carlie took me under her wing and explained all the workings of the machine. How to put it on at night and what to do and how to care for it. Three days later I am back asking Carlie for help. Carlie is amazing! Helpful, kind, no question too stupid. We laughed about my stupid preconceived thoughts about a CPAP. I ended up buying my own machine from Carlie, she sent me off knowing I knew what to do. It was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend Carlie! She and CPAP are a fantastic team and Carlie is a real credit to the company! Thank you Carlie!

I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea recently, so after seeing the specialist, I then contacted Cpap Victoria Frankston. Well I must say, the service that Carlie gave me was simply second to none. I cannot speak more highly about her and the service was offered was beyond anything I have ever had. Nothing was too hard. Carlie, allowed me to try three different Cpap machines and also because of my Vertigo, which stopped me from trialing a machine for a week or so, she allowed me to extend the trial for no extra cost.. So.. if you want and need specialised and superior service the team at Frankston is the place.. Thank you Carlie !!
