Food came cold and it took 15 mins late. Could not eat fries and bun was not fresh Angus burger was dark as if it was made yesterday. I hate it when fast food is cold.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD!!!!Today I went through the drive thru to order a dinner box, the order taker didn't repeat my order to me and I my order was wrong on the screen so i asked for the receipt. I double checked the receipt and my sauces were wrong including my fries that I asked to be made without salt. Then I went to the last window and the presenter handed me my drinks in a hurry and rudely asked me to head to the waiting bay when she cut me off when I was trying to explain my order was incorrect, I tried to get to her attention as she had her back facing me and i stayed in the waiting bay as it was important to me that she knows I want no salt and what sauces I asked for was wrong on the receipt. Her manager told her to move the car and she told me to move by rudely yelling at me next car"

Came through the drive thru at 12:30am on the 10th June, didn't get through until the last window until 1:15am. Absolutely disgraceful service

EXTREMELY poor service. The kids that work there care more about chatting and giggling to each other than actually serving customer nicely. The food is cold, the soft drink has no bubbles, the burgers are thrown together and everything is falling out once unwrapped. FIX IT UP!

SLOWEST McDonald's ever. I should have read the review first. Everyone is on slow mode. 2pm afternoon still >20 mins wait. Fries with no salt. Messed up burger.

35 min wait for a sit in order. Staff did not care that customers were waiting. Tables were dirty and not cleaned at all. Food was cold. Definitely don't bother stopping here. Would not recommend.

Absolutely atrocious customer service by the staff. Ordered one small coffee to go and it took them 30 minutes to make it when it was absolutely not busy. The staff are extremely arrogant and just stand around chatting and avoiding eye contact with the customer knowing they are waiting to be served. I had to literally ask them to make my order after waiting around for 30mins for them to finally start making it. The complete disregard for people and their time is not okay. Never coming here ever again.

I’m actually in shock. Just waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes… 40 minutes!!!! You wouldn’t believe it - didn’t even get anything because the ice cream machine wasn’t working, but couldn’t get out of the line because we were blocked in. As we slowly approach the payment window, there is a young girl on her phone taking selfies. She didn’t even open the window to apologise for the wait or anything. Actual joke! I can’t even believe I am writing this right now, but I’m that annoyed I just had to. There is absolutely no excuse for that service…
