Oracle NetSuite

Netsuit is easy to use (Interface) and it is good to have access anywhere. It will take time to migrate but once it is stable it is really good in performance and accessibility. Everything you need is in one package & you can turn features on and off depending on the nature of your business. Support team is wonderful - 24 hours/day with very quick response.

Business development team is a joke. Stop calling, i have repeated my request to be removed from your call list at least 4 times. Do not follow a call asking for no contact up with an email. We do not want to use your product nor would we due to the harassment and lies your business development team use to try and get connections to higher management. If i am contacted again by you will be be going directly to your CEO and the CEO of Oracle to complain. Terrible harassment

Their telemarketers are so damn persistent. I've asked them 10 times to stop calling me. Every single time someone different calls. I'm not interested, take me off your call list please. Never used netsuite before likely never will.

If your company has a budget, please make the smart choice and DO NOT go with Netsuite. As someone who uses all day long for manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory, even stand alone MRP systems have much more utility then this. just as an example, 7 out 10 times, system wont let you adjust out more than one part at a time. Go figure

I used there ‘small business version’ - initially they were OK and nothing more but by the time I decided to leave they were absolutely horrendous - as per other reviews! Rude reps, broken promises -charge you for anything possible - NO interest in the customers position & completely inflexible to deal with- stay clear!

Powerful cloud ERP. Especially useful for organisations who experience pains with a hairball system. It's much more unified.

Please read this before committing to Netsuite. My company learnt the hard way.First of all, they will drop their initial price a lot! I have spoken to many other companies who have received quotes with 70% plus discounts off list price just to win your business - make sure you ask for a discount :)Never trust the sales reps words as they always find a way to twist the truth afterwards. Make sure you get everything in writing prior to signing up and get them to explain exactly what they mean in writing, they do make amazing promises!Netsuite is a very powerful system and would be great if you have an unlimited budget. Once you have purchased they will charge you at every possible opportunity as the Management staff are on incentive's to rip you off. Their job ad attached is all about maximizing profits and do not care about their customers.FYI - the five star reviews below are sales staff of Netsuite

Beware of Implementing Netsuite - do your research. The most stressful time of my life was the implementation of this system which has gone on for 3 years. The sales consultants do not stick to their commitments and even if they are in writing they will twist the wording to get out of it. Every little thing you need help with is an opportunity to charge you more. The subscription cost is also raised as they know the pain you have gone through and the huge cost to implement so they have you over a barrel. Benefit of hindsight - DON'T DO IT!!!
