Ordered a new remote for my gate. Was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive, it took more than 4 weeks. I had zero updates in that time, I needed to call 6-8 times for updates.Then when it finally arrived, they couldn't program it. Took them 3 weeks to try & program it and they couldn't.7 weeks in total & they then decided to refund me. I called another retailer, they had a spare remote in stock & programmed it within 30 minutes & it worked. I like supporting local businesses, but this experience was horrible.

Tom was great. Highly recommend all of the team. They came out after hours with a speedy response and got our locks fixed straight away. Highly recommend. Debbie from the office was great also. Very friendly

Excellent experience, with having a copy made of our house key. Great quality key (solid), added the little rubber top (comfortable and durable), fast (on the spot), inexpensive and very pleasant. Getting your keys cut is not something that I spend a lot of time thinking about. However, this was very different to what I am normally used to (i.e. cheap coloured keys and no service except a quick 'here you go'). I will be coming here again.

Underpromised and overdelivered. When the first option came out quite expensive, they were able to generate a second that worked much better. Service was professional and made the experience simple and straightforward.

Give it 0 if i could. Staff are arrogant and will treat you like you have no idea. Asked a specific question about a lock fitting 3 times, went to pick it up after ordering it, didnt fit the measurement after clearly explaining and being reassured. Then not so much as an apology, didnt even bother to talk to me.
