I had a deep tissue massage and really felt all my problem areas where the aches are always niggling at me. A regular massage is what I need and I do love going to Mama & Lou for a massage. Meg was very welcoming when I first met her and I felt very comfortable when getting a massage from her.

Meg is an amazing massage therapist that is so professional and genuinely cares about making people feel better after a stressful week.I highly recommend her services as not only do you feel relaxed but rejuvenated. I was referred to Meagan by my personal trainer because I had limited mobility in my right hip and some medial knee pain during exercise. Within one session of targeted deep tissue massage my hip was a lot more mobile and the knee pain reduced to almost not noticeable. I can now do lunges without pain, which I have not been able to do for years.Meagan is very friendly and attentive with a sweet personality that makes it easy to relax and feel comfortable. I highly recommend her services at Mama & Lou for anyone needing a deep tissue massage!

I was referred to Meagan through a friend as we recently visited Noosa. Meagan provides an intimate space in her own home using beautiful essential oils.As a working mother and having young children I constantly have back, shoulder and neck pain. Meagans skills (& strong hands) helped to relieve the pain and it was some nice time out for me.Highly recommend and if you we lived a little closer, she would be my monthly massage pick!

I’ve had many massages with Meg and every time I come away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Depending on what I need at the time she always delivers. Strong or relaxing. Everything has been thought out so well and all the small details make you feel like you’re at a high end day spa. Can’t recommend enough and have already passed along to friends.
