Throughout my three year tenancy at a property managed by Chidiac Realty. I’ve had a great experience overall. I’d like to commend Ray my property manager on the efforts he has gone through to answer all questions and action any requests or maintenance repairs that have been required. I am very pleased to share this rental experience. This experience with the tenant is very efficient. First of all, I saw this house on the domain website, and I also compared other houses with similar prices. This apartment is the one that interests me the most. I searched relevant property information on Google, and all of them were positive reviews. Therefore, we immediately contacted the agent provided by the Domain website, and immediately got the rental application link from Chidiac. We filled in personal information according to various requirements, and uploaded the link very smoothly. After the application is submitted, a person (Lalaine) who from our leasing administration team reviewed the application materials, then contacted us and let us supplement the missing information. Every staff member who communicated with us was very patient and friendly. As international students, we are very grateful. Due to the recent mid-term exam week, we were unable to go to the site inspection. Thanks again to Raymond for providing us with the online real-time visit opportunity, which made us more satisfied with this property.Thank you all for your help.

I started my lease with Chidiac in 2015 and moved out of the property in 2022. I dealt with many of the team of property managers and they were all professional and willing to assist when needed. The online maintenance tool is very easy to use and repairs were carried out promptly. Communication was mostly via email which made things easy to keep track of.

In these current times of a finding a rental in Sydney, the team at Chidiac have exceeded my expectations of communication and professionalism. So thorough and friendly at the same time. Highly recommend!!

This was my first experience selling a property and Chidiac was excellent. All the staff were professional, helpful, and friendly, and guided me through the whole process. Cristian was in charge of my property and he always responded to phone calls and emails frequently, and answered all the questions I had.He managed to sell my property within 4 weeks of being on the market, and at a price that was within my expectations, even in a falling market. The commissions are reasonable and marketing costs were fair.Chidiac knows the Wentworth Point market well as it is their specialty, and I would trust them again to sell my property if I had the opportunity.
