The House of Golf - Mentone

Bought 3 pairs of the same brand of golf shoes, 2 from here 1 from the pro shop at my club. Within a year of buying all three, the sole on the right toe of all three pairs had started to peel off. Awesome response from HOG moorabin staff, on the spot I got a refund for the two pairs I bought at HOG and they organised a refund on the third pair without me having to lift a finger. Amazing customer service experience!

Huge thanks to Innes and Matt from The House of Golf (Mentone store). I had some problems with the clubs i bought 12 months ago, luckily Innes has kindly agreed to upgrade and replace the clubs under warranty. Also Matt played a big part fitting me for these new irons and using all of his skills to work out what works best for me. I am very appreciative for the back up support that the team have given me and i highly recommend if you are looking to buy/get fitted for new clubs to shop at The House Of Golf Mentone. We travel a long way to go to this specific store and every time we are greeted by the friendly staff and always come out satisfied and happy.

I recently received the best possible service here regarding an issue with my golf umbrella. Innes resolved my problem quickly and efficiently and I was able to take possession of a replacement umbrella a few days after my visit. Even though the store was in sale mode and extremely busy, we found Innes and all of the staff to be extremely patient and polite when we decided to take advantage of the opportunity to select a new pair of golf shoes for my husband. Never an easy undertaking !!I'd highly recommend the service and range of all golfing requirements at this store.

Had an iron fitting the other day with Riley. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Riley was very knowledgeable and went over and above in explaining all aspects of the ball tracking technology, along with customising the right set of clubs for my style of play. He was also very helpful in helping me choose my buggy, bag and glove at the end of the fitting. Before the appointment I was on the fence on whether I should bother being fitted or whether to just buy my clubs online, but I would highly recommend the fitting as the grip, shaft, and club head of the irons online would not of suited swing style. Thanks again for the enjoyable experience.
