Kilsyth Mower and Chainsaw Centre

Had a trimmer sharpened they did a good job. Quote was $30. Upon pick.up un authorised work was done on it. That I wasn't aware off, new fuel line ect. $88 later. I wont be going back there. They did the wrong thing,which resulted In the loss of an $800 sale.

Couldn’t give me a price to replace a belt on a simple domestic Toro mower. Instead told me it can take hours and that he charges $80 odd an hour and it would be how ever long it took him. Don’t waste your time with this place!

The other day I was using my mower which I have had for close to 18 years. After having repaired/replaced multiple sections of it over time, it finally died. I rang Kilsyth Mower and Chainsaw Centre to arrange the purchase of the Masport 450 ST. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the mower was fuelled and oiled in the time it took to fill in my details. It was then started in front of me. I took it home and finished mowing the the lawn. I couldn't believe how efficient it was at cutting, for so long I have been using an inferior machine. Although It was slightly out of my preferred price range, I am very happy with the Masport 450 ST and very happy with the service from Kilsyth Mower and Chainsaw Centre. I have been going there for some years and will continue to do so.

The guy l spoke to over the phone and at the shop was awesome. Just needed one small part to get my old trimmer/brushcutter going and they supplied it at no charge. Had a nice chat with him afterwards and if l have any issues in the future, I'll definitely be back. 10/10

Called in just before Christmas with my lawnmower which had a problem. Got a very cheerful welcome, my mower was accepted and repaired a day or so later. Delighted with service and charges! Definitely recommend!
